A payment advice list displays outstanding payments including the creditors whom you have not yet paid and the debtors who you have yet to collect payment from. Some of the information you will see in the advice list are the creditor/debtor account name, payment method, invoice date, bank account number, amount to be paid/received, and items bought/sold.
You can filter the advice list that you want to display. To search for the advice list, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Start. The advice list that matches the search criteria you have entered is then displayed.
Type or select the payment date range that you want the advice list generated or select the All check box for all dates.
Select the payment method that you want the advice list generated. You can select from On credit, Cash, Cheque, Letter of credit, or All.
You can choose to generate the advice list to include or exclude blocked payments. You can also choose to show both. Select from Yes, No or All.
Type or select the due date range that you want the advice list generated or select the All check box for all dates.
Select this to include unprocessed payments in the advice list.
Select the status of the account to be generated in the advice list. You can choose from Active, Blocked, Inactive, Pilot, Reference, Passive or All.
Select the type of account to be generated in the advice list. You can choose from Supplier, Resource, Customer, Reseller, or All.
Select Code, Name, or Last Name to sort your advice list. You can only choose Last Name if you select Resource at Type.
Type or select the code or name of the account to be generated in the advice list. If you have selected to sort for Code under Sort by, you will see Code and if you have selected Name or Last Name, you will see Name. For more information, see Selecting accounts.
Select this to include all available information about a payment. If you do not select the check box, only the significant information is displayed.
Select this to include the subtotal per creditor/debtor in the advice list.
Select this to include all tax creditors such as the tax authority.
Select In, Out, or All to view the incoming and outgoing cash flow or both.
Click this to generate the advice list.
Click this to exit.
